A worker who wants to immigrate to Canada through this program must present a valid job offer and follow the necessary procedures for the authorization of his stay.
The international mobility program allows the employer to recruit without obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMI).
Depending on the work they will be doing and where they have lived in the past year, they may need to undergo a medical examination during the application process. A foreign worker may need an exit visa or other documents related to their employment in Canada. The International Experience Canada (IEC) program allows young people to travel and work in Canada. If you meet the requirements, you will be placed in one or more of the IEC pools. There is a 9-week processing fee.

- Your territory of citizenship must have an agreement with Canada that allows you to apply for an IEC work permit;
- You must meet the admissibility requirements of your country as well as those of the pool under which you are applying.

The type of work permit you get for the Working Holiday category which is an open work permit. An open work permit allows you to work at almost any job in Canada. However, for some jobs, you will first have to pass a medical examination.
The super visa allows you to visit your children and grandchildren for up to 2 years each time. It is a multiple-entry visa that is valid for up to 10 years.
Eligibility Criteria
A person who meets the requirements for temporary residence in Canada as a visitor is eligible to enter Canada and if he or she provides the required documents. The applicant for a super visa must have in his possession :
- A letter of invitation from their child or grandchild who is a permanent resident. This letter must include(a promise of financial support for the duration of your visit, the list of people who live with their child or grandchild, a copy of proof of citizenship or permanent residence )
- Proof that his household earns the minimum living wage;
- Proof of medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company that(is valid for at least 1 year from the date of entry into Canada, offers protection of $100,000 or more.)
- A document confirming that you have passed the immigration medical examination.
The application for a super visa must be submitted from outside Canada. You cannot include a dependant in the super visa application.
If you do not need a visitor's visa to enter Canada, you can still get a super visa for a stay of up to 2 years.
